The Hijab for Muslimahs Part 2 with the Intoduction of Mahram

The Hijab for Muslimahs part 2
With the introduction of Mahrams
Salam guys and girls. So I realized after rereading my first Hijab post that I didn’t mention everything I wanted to about the Hijab. See even though I know how many views I’m getting I sadly don’t know how many of the viewers are Muslim or not. So I’m just gonna clear things up for non-Muslims still confused about the Hijab for muslimahs (there are other types of hijab too but we’ll get into that with later blog posts).
Who wears hijabs? This should be pretty obvious but in case you need reminding Muslim women, though nuns and priestess seem to have their own form of hijab…
What is the hijab? See ‘The Hijab for Muslimahs’
Why do some women wear the hijab? Eh it differs for many people and some don’t have only one reason but mostly to show modesty
When do we have to wear the Hijab? In front of non-Mahrams
And just what is that? It’s basically a person of the opposite sex you have to cover (cover usually means wearing a Hijab but it can also refer to just dressing more modestly than usual) yourself around and that your allowed to marry that person. Whereas a Mahram is someone you can’t marry and therefore don’t have to cover (in this sense I mean covering yourself fully please do still wear clothes) yourself in front of (I.e. father, brother, uncle, etc.). For a complete list of Mahrams and more details on this subject I’ve included a link below or you can just google for info
How do you wear a hijab? Well there are many ways but I’ve put a link of the way I wear it down below. There are many and I mean many Hijab videos on YouTube but be warned I’ve tried a few and they never quite turn out the way the girl’s scarf in the video does.
Please do compliment below honestly no comment is a stupid comment (unless its racists/sexist/or somewhere along those line, then no comment please).
